Each ledger row links to the official event page where the organizer provides calendar export files (.ics) or Add to Google Calendar buttons. We do not host a separate calendar subscription — you register directly with the host and add the event from their confirmation page.
Can I suggest an event for the calendar? +
Yes. If you organize or know of a Sydney-area blockchain or crypto event that is not listed, contact us through the contact page with the event name, date, venue, and official registration link. We verify every submission with the host before it appears on the ledger.
Do you charge organizers to list events? +
No. Listings are free. We do not accept payment for placement, and we do not allow paid priority positioning on the ledger. If an event meets our relevance and verification criteria, it is listed in chronological order — no exceptions.
What makes an event "verified"? +
An event is marked verified when we have confirmed the date, venue, and registration link directly with the organizer or through their official channel. We check that the venue exists, the time is plausible for the location, and the registration page is live before the listing goes public.
How far in advance are events listed? +
Major conferences and summits are listed as soon as the organizer confirms a date and venue, often three to six months ahead. Recurring meetups are listed on a rolling basis, typically two to four weeks before each session. If an event is tentative, it will not appear until confirmed.
